Whether you believe you are obliged or not, you have a lot of capital investment in your fire safety systems. This would be a waste of money if they didn’t work when required. When you need these systems to work it will be to save someone’s life, your property, or your business, so, they must work properly. Insurance companies require that all your life saving systems are regularly maintained in line with current British Standards by appropriately accredited companies.
Take the worry out of relying on these systems by having them covered by a professional service agreement, provided by specialists. You can then rest assured that the equipment is being serviced correctly, and that if there is a problem it will be brought to your immediate attention and that all relevant documentation will be kept up to date.
Our highly experienced, fully trained, DBS checked, uniformed engineers are fully equipped with the latest diagnostic and service tools. Our engineers are backed up by our team of dedicated service coordinators and technical support teams. We provide maintenance agreements for regular servicing of the following equipment and a full 24-hour emergency cover facility.

Levels of Maintenance Agreements
- Routine Maintenance
Test and inspect the equipment in accordance with relevant British Standards. Provide and update all relevant documentation. All parts required to maintain the integrity of the systems, plus unscheduled requests for engineer attendance will be chargeable in addition.
- Comprehensive
As Routine Maintenance, but with all unscheduled engineer attendance visits included.
- Total Guarantee
As Comprehensive, but with all replacement parts included (certain exclusions apply, please ask for details).
All our maintenance agreements include as a minimum the following;
- 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, Call-Out facility, one telephone number at all times
- 4-Hour Reactive Callout Response, however in most cases we attend sites ahead of this commitment and also provide immediate technical telephone assistance, that in a lot of cases can resolve the problem at no additional cost.
